Founded in 2004, we provide analysis tools and services to a broad range of clients, including blue-chip companies, media agencies and government departments.
Through quantitative analysis of the online debate, our clients are able to assess and improve the effectiveness of their MarComm activities. Using our services they are also able to, more precisely, predict future market trends.
Our work is based on scientific and Nobel Prize winning principles and although we analyse modern media and may use cutting edge systems and methodologies we rely on recognised (and usually traditional) principles of good research.
Although we often analyse social media like social networks, message boards and blogs we are not limited to those. Often it makes more sense to include traditional media, the whole internet or segment an analysis on geography or language rather than on media type; and when that is the case, that is what we do.
